Loud Musicc& Voices while trying to sleep.
Lately, I've been struggling to get to sleep as I've either heard blaring music or heard voices. Just last night, I was too afraid to sleep. First, I heard extremely loud music. It wasn't coming from anywhere else than my head. Second, I started hearing muffled screams for help and fast footsteps. I know this was all in my head, as when I jolted up and glared at my surroundings to get a hold of myself, all was normal again. I've told friends and family members, but they couldn't care less.
