I can't tell whether this is a common eye infection or a medication side effect. Speak to your doctor and get an eye examination and find out. If its an eye infection it needs treatment. If its indicative of a more serious condition it would need immediate treatment. One thing that it could be from is the anti-cholernergic effects of many medications. They cause dryness of the mouth, nasal passages, constipation and blurred vision. That's a possibility.
