Try filling half your plate with vegetables, limit your carbohydrates, making sure they are lower calorie varieties, and eat a small handful of nuts before starting your meal to try to curb your appetite. Exercise at least 5 times a week in a way that gets your heart a work out- brisk walking, a recumbant stationary bike, or swimming for example.
