Not getting sex feelings?

My age is 23 years. I had left varicocele surgery 2 years ago. After that i have suffered alot from UTI. Over the past few weeks i am not getting my proper sex feelings. I am not getting that heat in my body during sex or ejaculation and that relaxing feeling, i am all lacking that. I can't even think and i am unable to think or make any picture n my mind about sex?? What should i do???
