my knees hurt! Anyone out there got help?

My knees are really painful and worst as I get older, I exercise some but I'd like to know what others have done for it please? It hard to walk when you're hurting. Anyone??Thanks-aheart:)

There are so many possible reasons for knee pain! You need a specialist to perform an evaluation. The developement of the 3T MRI (not a 1 T) enables a physician to get a precise look at what is going on. In my case, I develop unbearable pain and resolve myself to having fluid extracted with a hypodermic syringe every eight months or so, which brings things back to normal.

Yes I have this problem and its just been recently , I spoke to the dr , she said it could have something to do with me having HCV but also its just age wear and tear on my joints , or a little arthritis , I wish she had been much more clear on the subject , but yup I have this problem , its not extreme pain but its consistent and it drives me nuts wish I new more about it and could help.

Since I wrote this I have been taking glucosamine with msn and after two weeks I feel a very noticeable dofference, so it was my cartiledge wearing out. I recommend it greatly! aheart:+
