Kegels and Premature ejaculation

Hello,

I have been dating my girlfriend for about 3 months and have been sexually active for 1 month. Initially I think I had performance anxiety and thus was unable to get a full erection. This would result in over hour long sessions and I usually wouldn't even ejaculate. The good part of that is that my girlfriend would always have an orgasm, sometimes two.

I overcame this anxiety and one day we had a 15 minute "session" in which we both had orgasms, and I was fully erect. She actually said she liked that better than before.

I had bought condoms that allowed for more stimulation because of the previous problem, but now I seem to have the opposite problem. Now I am prematurely ejaculating. If I use the sensitive condoms I ejaculate too quickly, and if I use "regular" condoms then I don't usually ejaculate at all.

So I began researching some methods to help stop PE and the most popular method it seems is Kegel exercises. So I went to the bathroom to do the whole "stop the flow of urine" thing to feel where those muscles were. I easily stopped the flow of urine 5 or 6 times (and I have always been able to do so) but I couldn't feel where the muscles were.

So right now that is my biggest problem. I can't feel my muscles for Kegels, thus I can't exercise them,

Any help with this (or any other methods to avoid PE) would be great.

** Some infor about me **

I exercise regularly, 2-3 times a week with weights.
I am 6'2" and about 210 lbs. Fairly lean (I can see my abs "in the right light").

Thanks but that seems like more of a work around than a solution.

Well try oral sex on your girlfriend before you do anything else. Make sure that she does not give you oral sex or masterbate you right before you enter her because then yes you might be quick.

Lasting only a few minutes, or even less (last time) and not giving my girlfriend an orgasm.
