Kegel exercise and few breathing exercise to calm your emotions can be done while working, travelling, and any time. No body would know what you are doing. If your breathing is deep, slow and even, you will have less worry and you can have full control on your sexual urge. Of course this take time to get results.Patience and practice are the mantras.

You will have to manage it as you cannot cut down the emotions. Only will power does not work on sexual matter. You will have to change your life style. For building your will power and chenalize your sexual power, you may do some breathing exercises. Start with abdominal breathing for 10 minutes twice a day. you can use this breath to calm your arousal.After some practice, it will effectively cool down your sexual drive and you can create a creative interest in sex. Sex is not bad if you control it and use it at the right place and at the right time. Google Pranayam and learn some breathing exercises to calm your sexual desire.
