Abuse results??

  Our 9 year old daughter suddenly started barraging us with question about pregnancy, anal sex and follwed up by how big her rear would open!! We were at a loss and upon questioning found a neighbor had been abusing her and it had been going on for over a year.  That is being taken care of, but, our daughter is very worried about the stretching.
   We, and her pediatrician, have reassured her that she has returned to normal. She continues to worry about having been stretched. What will happen then? Our doctor would not or could not tell us.
  So, I guess our question is:
How far could our 9 year old daughters anus be stretched without permanent damage?

This is the most depressing thing I've ever read on a health forum. Things like this make the world seem dark and awful. I'm so sorry this happened to your daughter! No one deserves that!

I don't have any real advice. I can't even imagine how the situation must feel. Don't worry that this incident will ruin her life. Children can sometimes shrug off abuse much better than adults ever could.

Hi Confused,I'm sorry to say its a sad world we live in these days when men can only abuse small children, and sad when the people you think can help, just won't to do the same thing, but I'm very glad that you have found some help, it may take time but if you can stear her away from the questions on her butt, then life may come back to normal, I hope.

   Not having a lot of money, we tried  a councelor first and he turned out to be a pervert only wanting to see me daughter's privates to be able to HELP her. We reported him to the authorities , but they said since he didn't actually touch her, (we were in the room) there was nothing they could do.
   She is now seeing a child psychologist and is dealing much better. We found out she was a willing partner until the perv got in too big a rush and hurt her. She got scared and all the questions came.
   There is a ways to go now that she knows and somewhat enjoys playing with her butt, but eventually, hopefully, all will calm down soon.

Hi Confused, I think she may need some kind of special counselling which is a lot more than a doctor could do.
But hasent your doctor had a talk with over questions she may ask and how to treat them, as your finding now she will start asking some pritty deep questions, but then she will not know that.
But as for streaching I think she may be OK it can streach varly big, and even bigger as we get older, I think that any damage would been from how deep he went and possable nerve damage, sorry if this upsets you.
