Any one that can give advice..

Ok have not had sex in 9 months. what would VERY SMALL VERY TINY red dots on penis head they dont hurt, itch or irritate at all so small these dots i barely notice them..what would this mean? Anyone?..

These could have been Fordyce spots or folliculitis skin. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
