Bleeding on the Outer skin of the penis

When my husband and I have sex, there is a part of his skin near the head of his penis that breaks open and bleeds moderately.  What could be the cause of this and how can we prevent this from happening?  We only have sex every 3 weeks during the summer due to his job. But when he is home we have sex every night and for the last 3 months or so this has become an issue with our sex life.

Hi Raz, O great sex for 3 months lucky you, but this could also be his downful, if the pair of you are using lubrication for this amount of sex, if you are getting dry during sex that does not help the problem, for you try going on a course of vitamin B6 to help get your juices flowing.
And now for him a tear will take abit more thatn 3 weeks to get fit again, he just needs to do a warm seasaltwater wash twice daily, it will sting at first and when it starts getting ichy then its healing and if it starts getting red then its ok its just the blood helping it to heal.
Do hope all this helps.
Good Luck

There are a couple of possibilities.  If your husband is not circumcised it is possible that the inner skin is ripping due to a lack of lubrication and thrusting.  If he is circumcised make sure that lubrication is used to prevent dry tearing.  In either case, lubrication is important.
