When I was in my late teens, I fell off of a bicycle and collided with a parked car... bumping my right breast pretty hard. I recommend applying a pack of crushed ice over the breast for a few days to mitigate the discomfort. But, I wouldn't worry too much about this sort of breast injury unless you have persistent pain for more than say, 1week... or, if there's any discharge, bruising and/ or excessive swelling because that might indicate an infection has set in. But, don't be embarrassed about seeing a doctor for this... breast injuries are more common than you'd think.

Shouldn't any issues get caught during a mammogram anyway? that should be once a year.. Whateve the problem may be, it shouldn't go unnoticed for more than a year.

It's good that nothing seems bruised or painful. Unless you develop a discharge, there's not likely anything a doctor can do at this point.  However, keep in mind that repeated trauma to breasts, even if they don't appear to injured or hurt, can certainly cause some breast health issues over the long term.  So, you should generally take care to minimize any breast trauma or situations that lead to such bumping.
