Bumps no itch, no burn. but when popped come back.

I occasionally get razor burn from shaving my pubic area. But recently I have acquired a cluster of red dots (about 3-4) on the left side of my pubic area. and 2 very small ones on the right. They are raised above the skin, and look like pimples. However when i squeeze them or pop them only blood comes out and then they seem to still be layered in the skin. They don't itch or burn at all-if i didnt seem them i wouldnt have noticed them at all.

Ive read the genital warts are whitish/grayish colored. Well these are bright red-almost pink.
But could they be herpes if they dont burn or itch at all? Ive had them for about 3 days now but i have had no burn/itch/ or even blistering-which i thought herpes always did.

Can anyone help?

might just be damaged pores. if your shaving then the little holey thing where the hairs grow from may be inflamed or just damaged eg. blunt razors pull hairs not cut.
dont shave for a while and you should notice the redness go down if not i'm not too sure but i have shaved and had red dots and they just fade.
