Hello, I am quite worried as I have these bumps on my scrotum, I have had them since I can remember and they cause itchiness and in some cases the lump get really painful and fill with puss just like a spot, with a bit of force they can burst. I have had only one sexual partner and I am pretty sure they are not an STI of any kind, but I would really like to get rid of them as they are embarrassing.
I'm 20 years old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I really do not want to go to a doctor, so advice to get anything I need from a chemist or whatever would also be appreciated.
Hi Yes been there, for me these did not come very often but when they did they hurt as they grow bigger, but what a releave when you can burst one, sorry but from what I can remember you will just have to live with them, and as you get older they will go away slowly.
O bythe way I'm from London, so were you hiding in the UK Mr Anonymous.
