Can't retract foreskin

Hi, I'm 17 and uncircumsized and I have a tight foreskin. I don't know if this will be permanent but I do not want any circumcision. I've read on the net that regular stretching of the foreskin will solve the problem. Also, when i was young, i started masturbating at 5. I masturbated using 2 hands, and by rubbing the foreskin up and down against the glans, instead of the "fist" method which simulates sex. I think this could be why my foreskin can't be retracted. Now i'm using the "fist" method, which may just cure my tight foreskin problem.

The idea isn't so much to simulate sex, as to pull the opening of the skin down so it expands to the width of your penis. It will take time to expand enough - perhaps a few weeks - so be patient, and of course be gentle with the skin.
