Circumcised penis very sensitive

Hi there,

This is an attempt after I got nothing from my doctor. I am 27 years old Male living in US. I am circumcised from birth and still too sensitive around my penis head. I cannot enjoy oral sex at all because it makes me ejaculate in 20 seconds. It is that bad. I have tried everything, the creams, gel, condoms but nothing works. My doctor is suggesting surgery but I want see that is this my only option?? I used to masturbate a lot during my teenage and I was fine my with my time to reach the finale. Then I went to school and start doing research and had to give up sports and all other stuff which use to keep me fit. Since then, I became very sensitive down there.( I could be a useless info but I just wanted to let you know). Can any one help me here??

Do I think it is a problem that you do not have sex until every 6 mons...No. But I do think that is a result of of your heightened sensitivity.

Also, do yuo masturbate often?

Hmmm this is tricky...are you a virgin? Can you masturbate with out ejaculating in seconds? Trying masturbating more often to see if you can gain stamina...Try usuing a condom with oral sex...or even masturbating with a condom...
