Condoms

Is it possible for semen to leak out of the base/ring of a condom?  I had a reservoir tip, but did notice some semen collected around my shaft. Could this leak down to the base/ring and underneath or does the base/ring prevent from leakage?  The condom did not appear to be broken. I pulled out within 10 seconds of c*mming and held the condom at the base.
Would like to add that there was more semen then usual.

Thanks.  I do not recall any leaking, but I can't be 100% sure.  The condom fits snug.  I was just wondering if the condom does fit snug would the ring hold the semen in.

If semen leaked out the base, you might be using a bigger condom than you need. Try a size down, and see if it collects it better. If it doesn't help, you might be using a poorly made condom, which could be a little looser at the base than it should. Try using a different brand of condom and see if it helps.
Extra semen could be caused by anything. If you haven't been sexually active in a while, the abundance of semen could be caused by that. Also, some guys just have more than others. It depends on diet, weight, sexual activity, ect....
