Hi,i have been sexualy active since 4years after marriage .first we had ahoney moon impotance problem and after we pass it we faced PE. He ejaculates 30sec-1min after pentration.
We consulted a sex therapist she prescribed lustral which causing sever lack of desire so he stopped it
And all through this l have never expierience orgasm during intercourse.
We consulted another one for my orgasmic difficulty she told me to perform directed musturbation
She did penile doppler for my husband and the result was both arterial insuff and veinous leakage.she prescribed supplements like arginin and znand after 1m the follow up doppler was marvilously improved but alittle pit arterial insuff
So she prescribed low dose eric daily.
He tried cialis befor intercourse with noooo improvement.
After all he still have PE and i can never expierience orgasm during intercourse(yet i can get it after doing masturbation using a hot water flash under pressure)
So what shall we do to delay ejaculation and to get orgasim
??
What are the options available for treatment of vienous leakage?
He don't want to consult any doctor any more.

You are not along - many men experience this, and unfortunately there is no easy solution. As Yardbull has said above, foreplay is essential to you having orgasm. Female orgasm is frequently only achieved with manual stimulation. It takes years of practice with your partner to get good at satisfying each other - be patient, lots of foreplay, it will work out!!

Not a medical solution and perhaps just mentioning the obvious, but you both could try either hand stimulation of each other or oral methods, depending upon your mutual preferences.  Going the oral route, the 69-position would allow for a simultaneous oral outlet.
