Dear Doc

Hi im 18 and not sure if this is the right place and if not sorry im stressing really bad me and my gf had sex and the skin holding my foreskin to my penis tore leaving like this hole/gap and on the side of my penis under the shaft skin is swollen with a hardish lump that doesnt hurt but has a little pricking sensation if i push on it please is there some way i can make it go away or fix it i dont know what to do

How old are you? and because of doctor patient confidentiality your parents wouldnt have to know anything. Just make an appt go in and let the dr. know what is going on. Trust me, legally there is no way for him to get your parents involved

The best thing for you to do is be seen by a physician. This doesnt sound like something you can just fix on your own.
