Do I have teen ED?

I am 15 and a half and I can't get an erection, although I have I used to have it 4 months and the time before it. I always keep thinking about it. I also masturbated a lot and I'm worried if it has landed me in this situation. I can't even tell my parents about this. I am always tensed and sometimes feel stupid and don't find any motive to live.
This all started 4 months ago when as usual I tried to get my penis erect but it didn't get. I was tensed. Till then, I had wet dreams but still can't get my penis erect. I also had morning woods but that didn't last more than a minute or two. Last week I started to gain some momentum and could get erection while I was laying on the bed or sitting whiule fantasizing of real girls .
I would also like to tell that I was also a porn masturbator. I used to sit in front of my pc screen and masturbate whenever I was alone at home.
Now everytime I keep thinking about my penis and falling into depression. I know and hope that this is more of a physiological problem than a physical one.  I also suspect that sometimes my semen come out when I am sleeping at night although I don't get any erection. Please tell me what should I do at least to forget this and move on and become a real man.

Increase and decrees in libido is normal. worrying about ie causes more harm than the act. Do not try to stimulate yourself sexually. concentrate on your  general heath by doing regular  exercises with nutritional food....Be cheerful.
If you do not get urge or erection , keep yourself calm. You will recover your sexual stamina eventually. Masturbation do not do not do any irreversible damage. Do not masturbate on prone positing. If you have to masturbate, do, with lubricated hand..Do not stop breathing, keep your perineum relaxed You may do breathing exercise like Sat-kriya. Learn to circulate your awareness on microcosmic orbit.Google these words to knoe the details..Wish you best of luck.

My problem has started all over again and I am losing hope. I don't have any morning woods now. This is growing very frustrating.

I have watched porn and masturbated for past few months while lying on my stomach. Did it have any effect and how can I overcome or reverse that effect?

Also, a good news is that I masturbated standing without porn 2 days back. I am growing horny sometimes and having morning woods now at regular basis. Still my libido is not sure.

The one thing I know that can cause problems for males is maturbating prone - that is, while lying on your stomach.  This position causes nerve damage, so do not do it in that position.

Other than that, I would suggest you handle your stress by taking up vigorous exercise such as running.  Lifting some weights (carefully - start light with lots of reps to get you strong without causing damage).  Technique is very important.

As you exercise and increase muscle, your testosterone will go up.  Between getting rid of your nervous energy and increasing your testosterone, I suspect your issues will soon be behind you.

If you are always tense, then your cortisol is building up and will cause you to be exhausted and depressed.  Get outside in the sunshine for your exercise whenever possible.
