Now I'm 5'6" despite having a 5'9" father and 5'5" younger sister.

How bad did it hurt me?

It is not a rule that a person has to have the height as his father or mother.  You will find different heights with siblings and parents.  All genetic features are also not transfterred equally.

Honey masturbation doesn't cause a stunted growth,at all. I used to masturbate even before  my preteen years and I am really tall,like 6'2 feet tall. If that was true,then I would be a dwarf.  So don't put to much pressure on yourself, you're normal

I don't think 1 or 2 times a day will be enough to deplete enough protein and vitamins to stunt your growth. Just the comparison of how much fluid you loose ejaculating compared to your intake with a basic diet should show you that you haven't really lost that much.
Besides, we'd all be 4 feet tall if this was true.

Because if you masturbate, you lose protein and all the vitamins that are needed for body to grow.

This probably applies to sex before 18 also. But I didn't have sex until the age of 18, that's why I am not worried about that.
