Ejaclatory Disfunction

My boyfriend is a 40 year old healthy male.  He works out on a daily basis and takes very good care of his health.  I am 43, also in good health and work out on a regualr basis.  He has the condition of ejaclaroty disfunction.  He is not able to achieve ejaclation when we have intercourse.  He has no problem with sexual arousal.  He can achieve orgasm and ejaculation during masturbation but not when he is with me.  We have been sexually active for six months and he has never achieved an orgasm or ejaclated with me.  I have become inreasinly concerned over this issue.  Any ideas?

I would say he stop masturbating (how often does he?) for a while..I found several years ago when I went a few years without a relationship that my frequent masturbation impacted my ability to orgasm during sex.
A few weeks of not masturbating, plus some nice "love play" from my then gf (now wife) helped tremendously.
