Ejaculating within 10-15 seconds; Dying in depression and shame.

Hi
My problem is so embarrassing that I am unable to tell someone about it, or consult a doctor face to face. Actually,I never had a sexual intercourse. I do masturbate sometimes. The problem is , when i do that, i ejaculate within 10-15 seconds. I tried stopping and starting to lengthen the time, but that even doesn't last more than one minute, and that's super awkward too. I am not in good shape though, physically. I dont do any type of exercise or sports. I am not obese, but don't have an athletic or fit body either. I am very afraid about this problem and I am confused whether I should have relationships in the future. I have had this problem ever since I started masturbating. I am really depressed and disappointed. Can anyone please advise me what to do now? Is there any permanent solution to this problem? I want to cure this before I be in a relationship. Otherwise it will be an immense embarrassment and humiliation for me and I don't wanna go through that insult.  Please somebody help me,please.

Your quick ejaculation during masturbation is because you are stimulating your body in the ways that feel the best to you at the time and therefore soon lead to release.  This is very common and is not really a problem since you are only pleasing yourself.  Having sexual relations with a partner is very different because you will also be trying to please someone else.  So, don't think that your present situation will be the same as when you have a partner, as things will improve, since you won't be so self-centered.
