A chance in sexual ability/interest can mean several things.  It can mean that your sex drive decreases, increases, stays the same.  It means you usual sexual feeling can change, or stay the same.

It is nothing to be alarmed about - and if you are feeling hypersexual and sensitive, then I would say take advantage of it and enjoy it!

It is is causing you some discomfort of any kind, consult a pharmacist or your local Doctor - this certainly doesnt sounds like anything to be worried about.

Hope this helps
