Gray Clumpy Tissue-like Discharge During Intercourse

I have had a light brown colored discharge for months now...after seeing my gyno they had switched my birth control to something stronger. The discharge had lightened up but not gone away. Finally the brown discharge stopped and then this gray clumpy discharge started. I only noticed that this was happening when I was having sexual intercourse or if I put a tampon in and pulled it out. This was not like any other discharge I have had it was large clumps; it almost looked like wet, gray, balled up toilet tissue. Can someone please help? I have no itch or burn, no discomfort, just very large gray clumps.

I am having the same symptoms! I thought it was left over residue from wiping but then realized it clearly wasn't.  My doctor took a swab, but said it sounded like bacterial vaginosis and put me on some antibiotics, but I really can't tell if they are working. Please let me know if you figure out what this is!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like candidiasis. The best tests involved in the diagnosis of candida are scrapping or swab examination of the scrapings after KOH mounting. The other test that can be done is fungal culture of the scrapings from the tongue of the vaginal swabs.
Try to avoid wearing tight underwear and pants.  Wear cotton underwear as much as possible and maintain proper hygiene.  You can use antifungal pessaries.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
