How to raise sensativity of skin to touch ?

Hi folks!

I'm a few years before retirement. I paid attention, that when I touch other person, my skin is not as sensitive as it used to be and I’m not getting as exited as in the past. Which is only natural. Nevertheless, is there any way to raze skin sensitivity and level of excitement?
