I am a sexual addict and due to it i am facing lot of sexual problems please help me

I am 23 year old guy and been practising masturbation for last 7 years.i normally use to do it once or twice in a day.but now i am facing some problem related to my sexual health.now a days when i use porn to do masturbation or have sex chat online i had a normal erection but that erection does not sustain for a long period and its get lost in few seconds if i think of any other issue other than sex.i think i have destroy my sex life with my bad habbits.please help me.i am very much depressed.
