I am a sexual addict and due to it i am facing lot of sexual problems please help me

I am 23 year old guy and been practising masturbation for last 7 years.i normally use to do it once or twice in a day.but now i am facing some problem related to my sexual health.now a days when i use porn to do masturbation or have sex chat online i had a normal erection but that erection does not sustain for a long period and its get lost in few seconds if i think of any other issue other than sex.i think i have destroy my sex life with my bad habbits.please help me.i am very much depressed.i also want to tell you about my sexual addiction and problem due to this.i use to spent lot of times online for sex due to which my work efficiency has been reduced a lot.i really need help or else i will be thrown out of my job in few months
