I think I may have did something to my clitoris - Personal- sorry really need helpd

Hi I am an 19 year old  , lately I have been have a very high sex drive (virgin) and have been using the water method to get off , yesterday while doing it I seemed to have no problem until afterwards . For example it still looks the same but " it seems to be more inside"  I really don't feel any pain (if so it's slight).I tried it again today it was ok , but didn't feel the same , could I have broken it or damaged a nerve? Will this problem go away I feel very stupid for doing this , is it normal to have a drive like this at such a young age?

Hi,
At your age, it's perfectly normal to masturbate daily. Here's some info. that might be helpful to you: when a woman becomes sexually aroused, the fleshy tip of the clitoris becomes swollen, increases in size, and becomes more sensitive. Usually when a woman isn't sexually aroused, the clitoris will retract under its hood, appearing smaller and somewhat hidden. The clitoris will also retract if there's pain or slight damage.
Right now, you should take a break from masturbation for a few days to see if it will help soothe any pain and over sensitivity. Sometimes vigorous stimulation or dried vaginal secretions can cause mild damage to the clitoris. You might want to try taking a warm bath, twice a day, and very gently rinse your vulva (don't rub any of the surrounding tissue, just gently flush water over it). Afterward keep the area dry and clean, wear loose fitting cotton underwear if possible. If you don't notice any improvement in the next few days, contact your doctor (gynecologist) for advice.

Ok I gained a little feeling back , is that ok.
That's good; make sure the area stays clean and not irritated. Keep in mind that the clitoris and surrounding tissue is very sensitive and vulnerable when it comes to any sexual activity, so be gentle and use lube (water based) if needed.

Also what's the average healing time? Btw , with the "thingy" it seems a little pointy , I feel a little but not a lot. Do you think the pressure of the water damaged it?
