IS MASTURBATION MUST FOR UNMARRIED PERSON
I am single and 43 years old and i masturbate monthly or two months once or some times 6 months once or 1 year once or 2 years once. If i stop completely masturbation and convert that sexual energy into spiritual energy, any side effects on my health in the long run? Please advise on the above. regards shivakumar

In case, you have to masturbate, you may follow the following precautions. It will be less harmful and will give you more enjoyment.
Do not masturbate with dry hands.
Do not visualize intensely.
Do not masturbate when you are excessively excited.
keep your perineum relaxed till you want to ejeculate.
Continue breathing during masturbation.
Pocket vagina is sold in the market. It is claimed that it gives pleasure as good as a natural intercourse. I do not know whether it is available in India.
