I'm really worried right now

A few days ago I performed brief oral sex to my boyfriend for the first time and since later that day I feel as if there's something stuck in my throat (phlegm?) and I have to keep clearing it all the time. I'm worried I've caught an infection from him and don't know what I should do. :(

Still you can post in STD forum. Usually messages regarding STD are moved to STD forum  even if it is posted in Sexual forum.Sometimes they miss transferring it to the STD forum. Do not be surprised this thread is transferred to STD forum.

Time factor and your feeling is important. If a week has passed, you may think  of showing to a doctor. It is settles with saline gargle, it is okay.

Thanks for your advice :) I hope I'm worrying over nothing, but it's been a week now and I feel like something's off about my saliva too.

I doubt that it's anything serious. Your throat could be irritated if your boyfriends penis went too deep. Sorry to be so graphic but I wasn't sure how else to explain it.
The above poster was right. Gargle with some salt water or drink some warm tea and you should be fine.

Infection take time to manifest. It seems there is something else involved in your throat. May warn saline gargle or rub the throat with your thumb. It it is not cleared, you may consult your doctor.
