Doctor I am facing a trouble from many years, symptoms are, fluids (drops of sperms) are ejaculated from the penis during the activity of passing stool or when urinating. Some time it is two or three drops and sometime it is more than that. my penis have become flaccid, i feel guilty during the activity of masturbation. I also notice that my testicals are really small than normal, atleast i think so. I am also experiencing forgetfulness. Please recommend me what type of specialist i should concern, and what are the reasons of this disease and what are possible treatments.
