Inflamed and Ichy Clitoris

My clitoris is looking unusually big, bright pink and it's very very VERY ichy. I have had the same sexual partner for the past 11 months and was STD tested a couple of months ago. I don't have herpes or any other type of STD. I do, however, have polycystic ovary syndrome. Could that be part of it?? HELP!

Just a couple of days, so not too long. It's really really uncomfortable and I do not get dry during sex at all. I don't know what it is.

How long has it been like this?

It could be that it is raw. Sometimes when it's rubbing up against your panties of choice, or the jeans you wear, or if you're sexually active and get dry really easily, the moisture your vaginal area is use to is taken away, irritating your vagina, and in turn your clitoris. I have had this problem in the past, and it was due to being unusually dry, or because my underwear of choice (usually happened with thongs) would rub uncomfortably against it. Good luck. Care to answer my question if you can?
