Is it a pimple that itches or what

So lately I had unprotected sex n the thing is this time I haven't had sex for a awhile n so next thing u you I keep touching my vagina cause sometimes idk u wanna like scratch but then I feel this bump not too big or small but it itches but it does hurt if I touch but it doesn't burn when I pee or nothing it just itches kinda worried well alot.. It actually getting smaller now but still itches what is it don't scared me please I also shaved too alot

It doesn't itches no more n it got smaller .

Could be a infected hair follicle. It seems to be on the mend and you should not worry too much.
