Use baby oil or baby powder it soothes the area.

I've had a yeast infection as well however it was a nasty side effect from using antibiotics. i only had the symptom of itching for about a week, then i had it checked out, it was then that i started to get other symptoms such as swelling and discharge. it could however, just be a reaction to a soap (if you've changed soaps or body wash recently) or even what fabric your underwear is made of and may go away in a few days. if it doesn't clear up, i would go get it checked out because if your sexually active it could be something along those lines. Goodluck :)
