Is it my hymen?

Hi, I've been having troubles with any sort of penetration my whole life.  I've never used a tampon.  I think my hymen is super thick... not sure. I have stuck a pinky inside just a tiny bit and when I got uncomfortable I noticed my muscles clamped around it; if I can't even put anything in there without pain (Lots of pain when I try generally unless I'm in a special mood which is super rare) then how am I ever going to have sex and kids?

I uploaded the picture to a blog online so people can view it without fear or clicking a random link.

I found this picture online and it looks almost identical to what my "area" looks like.. is this the hymen?
Thanks. By the way, only click the link if you're over 18 (ADULT CONTENT) It's a close up of a hymen.

This could be vaginismus of, as you say, a hymen issue. It is more likely to be the former than the latter. The only way to sort this out is to be examined by a specialist. This may make you fearful as any penetration is threatening to you. However, a good professional will understand this.
If there is a history of sexual abuse then vaginitis is even more likely the diagnosis. Good luck.
