Is it possible to masturbate too much? help
Im 17 years old and think I masturbate a little over the top. Is it possible to masturbate too much? Please help this is a serious question. I do it mostly everyday. The most ive done it in one day is 4 times
Unfortunately for masturbation the FDA doesn't give us a "daily allowance as to how much we should/shouldn't be masturbating. If it is conflicting your life as in causing you distress, physical pain or damage, or find yourself literally UNABLE to stop, than I would consult with a professional.
