Is this the chromotosis or something else majorly wrong

My partner has been diagnosed with heomochromatosis his heomoglobin was down and the Dr drained blood anyway. Would that cause penis to swell triple its size and is totally bruised ( black & BLUE) we watched the colour & swelling change over a period of an hr after sexual intercourse and we wernt being rough . As his sex drive was low before since diagnosed and they take blood now his done a complete turn around.Worried as have never SEEN OR HEARD OF THIS BEFORE.Is this the chromotosis or something else majorly wrong
