Libido

I am 33years and a mother of one. I got married 2years back as a virgin but i have never known the excitement of sex. It comes with pain and dryness. Sometimes I get wet but gets dry along the way. My hubby has been patient as we could go off sex for months. But its freaking me out. Lest I forget, I was circumcised as a child. Is there any help for me? I really want to enjoy sex with my husband.

As you are circumcises, you clitoris is already disturbed or even removed. If this is so, you have to depend on vaginal muscles. Doing kegel exercise may help you to strengthen your pelvic floor, perineum and PC muscles. You can contract your vaginal muscles during intercourse more efficiently. This may create a pleasure in intercourse. You may try female deer exercise. Google both exercises.

To help dryness, use a proper lubricant.  Otherwise, when having intercourse, do you have any pleasurable feelings in the vaginal area?  Is your clitoris intact?
