Light pink painless spots on foreskin

I am a virgin, uncircumcised male. For the last 1 or 2 years, I have had a cluster of tiny light pink spots on my foreskin(but not on glans). Apart from that bigger cluster, I also have a few rather isolated similar spots on foreskin. They are completely painless, and seem to have stayed the same since I discovered them. When I say tiny, I mean they're considerably smaller than regular Fordyce spots.

I am not sure if I am allowed to post photos, but I have found on Google Images something which looks similar to my spots: http://www.justanswer.com/dermatology/87efv-hello-doctor-last-year-diagnosed-fordyce-spots.html. However, my cluster is considerably smaller. From reading that thread, I'm not sure if they are Fordyce, milia, HPV or something else, so does anybody have any idea about this? Is there a treatment for them? Can I have HPV if I'm a virgin?

Well, it looks quite ugly and suspect, so I wouldn't call it a decoration. Even if it's nothing infectious(as I also believe), I'd like to know if it has a name and a cure. But thank you for posting,

Any other opinions...?

I think you might be worrying about something that is really not an issue - I don't know anything about Fordyce spots or anything like that, but if they are painless, and you are still a virgin, then there is probably no reason for concern. it is unlikely a yeast infection (if you've had them for 2 years) so I don't think they are anything other than a decoration1 :)
