Losing erection and delayed ejaculation

Hi im a 20 year old male and i was recently having sex but during it i was taking along time to orgasim thats if i did at all, as sometimes i couldnt maintain an erection for the whole time and would have sex for a long time of atleast 45mins and not orgasim. i also have phimosis could it be due to that? as sometimes it hurt through out sex. this is the first time it has happened.
