Lots of stuff going on down there..help PLEASE!

Ok. So this all started about a month ago when I discovered whenever I had sex my vagina swelled up, and burned so bad that I couldnt have sex.  I went to the doctor to test for a UTI because i had other symptoms too, and I did have one.  So i took all the antibiotics and that went away...but my vagina still swelled and itched and burned whenever I had sex and just had a ton of pain.  I then thought I was probably allergic to the lubricant we were using.  We stopped using it, and the burning/swelling/itching went away.
To test out if I was allergic I put the lubricant on my wrist to see if I would break out in a rash or something...but nothing happened...does that mean im not actually allergic to it? Anyhow, we went like a week or 2 with no pain during sex and that was great.  But then I had to go on antibiotics to cure a sinus infection and since that lessens the effectiveness of birth control, my boyfriend wore a condom.  It had lubracant on it, and the next day I noticed burning and itching, even when not having sex.  Its been like that now ever since.  I noticed dry skin towards the bottom of my vagina so ive been putting lotion down there and its been getting better.  Now whenever I have sex, I bleed and it itches like crazy.  Ive had sex with 3 other guys, but no chance of having an STD (2 wore condoms and we only had sex once) and my ex boyfriend only had sex with one other person, once, and he wore a condom with her, and didnt have an STD.  So im pretty 100% sure I dont have one.  Just so confused and scared (im a hypochondriac).  WHAT IS GOING ON??!!
