Lymph nodes after sex

i had protected sex for the first time last friday night. i Bleed for about 16 hours afterwards. I went to go mastrubate today and started bleeding again. how long should i wait before having sex again?
the day after i had a couple lymph nodes show up on my groin and a couple on my neck.
That day i gave my boyfriend oral and the day after that i had a grand total of four different sized lymph nodes showed up on my grion and about eight under my jaw and ear and at the base of my skull. The ones under my jaw are huge and some on the back are pretty big. could this be linked to the sex? and should i worry about them?
