MASTURBATION

I'M MALE AGE 21YEARS. I HAVE BEEN MASTURBATING ON A REGULAR BASIS. MAY BE MORE THAN 5TIMES A WEEK SINCE LAST 4YEARS. NOW I FEEL A BIT PAIN TESTICLES SOMETIMES (VERY RARE OCASSIONS). NOW I WANNA STOP DOING IT. CAN U PL HELP ME OUT. & CAN U TELL ME IF THERE WILL BE ANY EFFECT OF THIS IN FUTURE. PLZ REPLY.....

I think the pain in testicles is in no way related to your masturbation. I see no point in stopping masturbation as it is a natural thing with no negative side effects on your health. Especially the frequency which you described seems pretty normal.
On the contrary, if you stop masturbating / surpress your sexual reactions and feelings and your sexual tension will have no release, it may be more unpleasant for you, physically or emotionally as well.

hey guys, overmasturbation is a quantifying thing.
so how mch is overmasturbation really?
if its more than 2-4 times a day everyday, thats too mch!
with that yor likely to have long term affects! prematre ejact, low sex drive, back pain, thinning hair, etc etc..
the good news is this is reversable, so just go easy with the activity, take time out and things will heal.
whilst ejaculating, have a prostrate massage.. beneficial.

I feel the same thing sometimes, i don't know if its just wear and tear or what, but yes i do to feel it, but i have no explanation, but i can tell you know your just fine.
