Hi am 23 years old male i masturbate with my left hand weekly 4-5 times some times daily ! i use to masturbate looking at the porn movies for more than 20 mins, So my left hand has some strange pain especially when i press my fingers.
Whats the source of this pain? if the addiction is masturbation then how can i get rid of this.

Give rest to left hand. Lubricate your hand while maturating. Do not stop breathing while doing it.Try to keep your perineum relaxed.Do not see porno while doing masturbating. It may cause lot of problems in future when you do repeated action with hands or feet, you may get different type of sensation. These are called perasthesia.(sp?) Resting may help you..
