Only 25, can't keep it up

I'm a 25 y/o male, I've been with a FWB for a few months now, everythin was going fine until I began having problems maintaining an erection. My friend has quite an appetite and I thought it probably anxiety to keep up with her. We decided to take a few weeks off and try again. Still no luck.
