PCOS and Unprotected Sex

by BellaBonita, Dec 29, 2008 04:13PM
I am 18, and I have been dating this guy for 5 months now, we are both clean. We have had sex a few times, and we have always used protection. I have PCOS, (I have never had a period and I am not on birth control) but my doctor said that I should still play it safe and use a condom because pregnancy is still possible. My boyfriend wants to have sex without a condom (he said he would pull out, but I don't trust him), and he said if he doesn't make it, I could just take those "Plan B" pills or the emergency contraceptives. My endocrinologist has me on Actos to try and "provoke" a period, and I am also on Concerta. Would the "Plan B" pills screw up or react with anything I'm taking? I don't want to end up in the hospital because I took the pills and they caused something to happen, or I end up pregnant because they didn't work right with my body chemistry.
Any advice would really help.
