PLEASE HELP!

Hi. I am a 20 year old guy.
Since my girlfriend And I have started having un-protected sex ( Weve never not used condoms before even with out previous partners) I am expericening the following;

After having sex for more than 2 times, the top of my penis on the skin becomes sore, there s little tears that fill up with blood, maybe blisters, it sometimes becomes dry, and is extremely painfull sometimes. Contiuning with sex / mastibation worsens the problem.  I find that after a day or 2 it goes away and s fine, then after a few times of sex with my girlfriend it happens again.

Also, I sometimes notice a grey lump SMALL under my penis

Any help would be appreitiated

You should stop having sexing until you get check by the doctors. Cause it can be STD or something. Or maybe it's just a blister from having rough sex, so the penis become dry and it tears a little. If i was you I would get check.
