I am very ashamed of what i have done, and have no words to describe it. I am a teenage boy (15 years old) and and am suffering through some social issues, so i masturbate everyday (sometimes twice)to release tension , today morning when i masturbated my **** started hurting , but i carried on till i ejected my semen. Then i noticed my skin had become dry and it was itching and i could feel the pain and burning sensations. I din't pay much attention to it, but after a while i noticed my balls were very red, they were paining as soon as i touched them and my **** was also paining when i touched them and when i put pressure on it i think i was about to cry. Then i went to take a hot shower when i saw a small black spot on my penis which i never noticed before, and when i touched it , it PAINED A LOT. I applied some cream on my **** and now i have no clue what to do ? Since, then i have had a really and and stressed day, because this matter is something which deeply concerns my future and affects it. Already, i have been facing social issues, which i really can't say of. Please help, me i don't want to spoil my future please i realize my mistake and i will never commit this sin again, please help me on how i can stop the pain, because i have been researching on internet and of hearing of all infections its really scaring me. Please sir help me, i have no means of going to doctor. I will never repeat this thing again, please tell me how i can bring everything back to normal, and have a healthy and safe future.

Sorry, but you are going to have to tell an adult or guardian to book an appointment for you to see a doctor URGENTLY.
You don't have to tell them that you have been masturbating, but do say that it is very red and very painful.  You still can get infections down there even if you don't masturbate.

Masturbating is fine and is nothing to be ashamed off.  But you may have been doing it too hard or not have washed your hands before touching our penis.

It is very important that you ALWAYS wash your hands after using the toilet.  Wash your hands before touching your penis and always wash your hands before eating food.

Don't use normal soap to wash with, this will dry the skin and make things worse.  If you have a choice of the types of fabrics to wear, always go for cotton pants and avoid manmade and nylon fabrics.  Non perfumed soaps will be fine and baby washes.  Don't use shower gels or bubble baths.

If you have at home, or can get some natural set yogurt, or a plain yogurt if you can't get the set one, wash with lightly cool water and gently dry and then apply the yogurt.  It will be very cold, but it will help reduce the inflammation and the itching.  For the dry skin, the doctor would be able to prescribe an emollient that you can use instead of soap and it is also moisturising.  You can also purchase this from the pharmacy, but best to see the doctor.

As a home help remedy for the dry skin, if you have any baby oil or coconut oil (the virgin coconut oil), that will help to moisturise the skin.

Don't masturbate until you are well healed and when you do start to masturbate again, don't forget the good hygiene (washing your hands first) and be gentle with yourself and not so rough.  Don't use anything on your penis that is not meant to be used for that purpose.

It is very highly likely that you have a bacterial and possibly a fungal infection.  And it is very important that you see your doctor for the correct diagnosis and the right medication.  It is highly likely that you need an antibiotic and an antifungal cream.

Sounds to me like you just irritated your penis, and now it's letting you know.  I don't believe that you have done permanent damage.  I would say the black spot is unrelated to the masturbation, but if you did not have clean hands when  you did this, there COULD be a small infection going on with the black spot.  Continue to use the cream 2x a day.  Do not mastubate again until you are fully healed, and of course, no sex.  If you see no improvement in a week, you will HAVE to see a doctor.  By the way, masturbation is NOT a sin. :)
