Pain & irritation in penis

I had burning feeling then transferred to pain in my penis especially at the tip of penis. I feel comfortable while passing urine. Some times I feel irritation in one of  my lower testicle. This pain stated from 10th of September. Yesterday I consulted a Physician and checked my urine for UTI test and confirmed that it is negative. Still he give Urispas (Flavoxate HCL) tablet & Ural effervescent granules.Still I have the same pain in my penis.I am taking enough water also. I don't have any pain in my back, Abdomen or while Masturbating. I don't have fever. Some time I feel chill, my be this is because of cold climate. There is no any rashes, burn or warts in my body.

I had sex with  a prostitute on 8th October, but I didn't put my penis in her vagina, I kissed her and sucked her boobs, She sucked my penis by wearing condom in penis. Is there any chance

You're very welcome. From what you posted I just do not see any chance of you having an STD.
A urologist should be able to find out why you're having these symptoms.

It doesn't sound like you have an STD. I would recommend seeing a urologist for more testing.
