Pain after intercourse

Well, my girlfriend and I had a 30 second or less exposure of unprotected intercourse around the 27th of last month. She was fine after that. In the last 2 weeks we had sex protected three times, and the first time is was not painful, a day or two later she will have pain in the vagina. It went away. The next time we had sex it was painful, and for a few days after the pain stayed. Also after that time she had a slight bit of bleeding when she inserted her finger into herself. The third time which was today, sex was very painful, except for in one position that we tried, with her on her stomach. Any ideas as to what this could be ? She has only had sex 3 times prior to me. She said before it hurt terribly during sex, but she never experienced pain in the days after or that little bit of bleeding. I have been giving her oral sex, and there is no discharge whatsoever, and she tastes perfectly normal, barely a taste at all. The pain is mostly on the deep inside of the vagina. Also, these are the only times she has ever used Trojan brand condoms, and I know trojan's lubricant is different than Lifestyles which she is used to. Trojan lubricant is milky white looking, and weird feeling. Lifestlyes is clear and smoother. I'm ranting. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I am completely sure that I do not have any STD's. My last test came up negative for everything. I myself have no symptoms whatsoever. It does not burn when she urinated either.

When it comes to women a female issues, men are not usually the cause.

Good news, the second night using the cream and she is 100% better !! Just a yeast infection ! I knew I never gave her anything, I'm clean. I just get paranoid and think everythings always my fault somehow, adn I find reasons to blame myself.

If she is not better after a week of using cream, I would see a doctor.

She told me that it is a yeast infection, and that she has had a few before. She started using a medication for it. It has not gotten any worse apparently, and the medication appears to have started working according to her. If she quickly recovers after using the medication for the designated time, would a doctor visit still be advised ?
